Paella and wine experience

Come and enjoy a delicious plan with friends. Start the day with a private guided tour of our vineyards and winery, followed by a 4-wine tasting (optional). Then, with the help of our chef, participate in a paella-making workshop where you will learn to prepare a mountain, vegetable, or seafood paella.

The activity is fully interactive. At the beginning, participants will be welcomed with a glass of wine and some appetizers, while receiving an explanation of the ingredients and their characteristics, as well as the details of the preparation of each dish. All ingredients will be ready for mise-en-place, and you will start working following the instructions of our chef.

After cooking, we will all have lunch together while enjoying the wines from Bouquet d’Alella.

The activity includes:

• Tasting of 2 wines and a small appetizer.
• 100% interactive paella workshop with a private chef
