Grazing Board & Wine

Would you like to learn the art of making Grazing Boards (gourmet appetizer boards)? After a welcome glass of Bouquet d’Alella wine, we will begin our practical and interactive workshop led by The Board Barcelona, where you will learn tips and tricks to create an impressive and delicious cheese and charcuterie board at home.

Using their exclusive method for creating Grazing Boards, you will build your own “Grazing Box” (wooden box, 17x17cm) with the ingredients chosen for the occasion, which you can enjoy after the workshop or take home. Additionally, during the workshop, you will also enjoy a tasting of 2 exclusive Bouquet d’Alella wines.

The price includes:

• A workshop guided by a member of The Board Barcelona team to create a beautiful palm leaf board, which you can take home at the end of the workshop.
• The use of 3 artisanal cheeses and gourmet charcuterie.
• A welcome glass.
• A tasting of 2 wines conducted by a member of the Bouquet d’Alella team.
• All products and utensils are included in the workshop.

At the end of the session, the board will be packed and placed in a box for easy transport home, or if you prefer, you can enjoy it at the winery with a glass of wine.

No prior experience required! We have carefully planned and designed this workshop to guide you through the board-building process step-by-step.
