Would you like to take part in a respectful pruning workshop and discover the winter vineyard work firsthand with our winemakers? Bouquet d’Alella offers you a unique way to kickstart your Sunday!
We’ll begin with a theoretical session to learn more about one of the year’s most important tasks, carried out manually and with great care. This is a significant time for winemakers to ensure vine growth and grape quality.
Then, you’ll pick up the pruning shears and learn firsthand how to practice respectful pruning under the guidance of our winemakers. You’ll apply the theory directly in the vineyard, surrounded by breathtaking views of Alella, the sea, and Barcelona.
To wrap up, the activity concludes with a delicious fork breakfast among the vines, paired with our organic wines.
