Each time of the year has its specific tasks, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. At Bouquet d’Alella we want to show them closer to the visitors to make you understand better how important it is to take good care of the vineyard and the fruit – the grape – in order to produce later the best wines. For this reason, we encourage you to participate in this experience in which, guided by our viticulturist and oenologist, you will discover all the secrets of the vine cycle. Well entered into spring, branches and leaves are so abundant that the small grape clusters are completely covered. We must remove some leaves so that they are well aerated and can develop an optimal ripening process! 

Afterwards, we enjoy together a delicious fork breakfast made by a nearby restaurant in the Maresme, the Nou Antigó. Each gastronomic dish will be served paired with our wines. The effort will be worth it!

We encourage you to participate in this outdoors activity, enjoying the nature and the landscapes that surround the country house! Do not miss it!!
