Wine made from organic vineyards. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes and a strict selection of grapes in the vineyard. The grapes are then refrigerated in a cold room for a few hours to obtain aromatic precursors, then they are destemmed and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks. Aged on its lees for 3 months stirring the lees (bâtonnage).
Still white wine made of Pansa Blanca and Grenache blanc. The alcohol content is 12% vol.
