Sweet white wine made of Grenache blanc with solera since 2011. Its good acidity balances the sweetness and makes it a great company for long conversations, sweet pastries and chocolate after celebration meals. Limited production of 175 bottles.
Minimum order of 6 bottles of the same or different wines.
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes and a strict selection of grapes in the vineyard. The grapes are then placed on straw beds so that the grapes are dehydrated, once they have turned into raisins and we have a good concentration of sugars, we press them and let the alcoholic fermentation begin spontaneously with native yeast at 20ºC until it stops naturally (cold application) at the right time, finally goes into the barrel to be aged with the solera for two years and then at least a year with a bottle.
Sweet wine made of 100% Grenache blanc. Production is limited, 175 bottles. With an alcohol content of 15% vol ( about 80 gr/l).
Look: clean and bright golden color, thick tears.
Smell: at first there are chalk, stone and pine aromas. But after a while you can smell apricot, quince, sweet lemon peel, nuts such as almonds and flower aromas. Mediterranean spring concentrated in a few drops of wine.
Taste: sweet but light. Hints of honey, lemon, peach candy. Delicate and pleasant mouthfeel.
It pairs well with nuts, dark chocolate, puff pastry and blue cheeses. We recommend serving it at 10ºC.
