Bouquet d’Alella Pansa Rosada 2022

Wine made from organic vineyards. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Carefully selected grapes first by choosing the Pansa Rosada vines, mixed among the old Pansa Blanca vines, and making a strict selection of it. They are then cooled in the cold chamber to obtain aromatic precursors. Then they are destemmed and go into a long maceration with the skins, pumping-over the must once a day, while wild fermentation starts with native yeast in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks. Gently pressed. Orange-rosé wine made of 100% Pansa Rosada. Production is limited, 320 bottles. With an alcohol content of 11% vol.

Look: golden color, almost orangish, with old-gold hues.

Smell: fresh fruity aromas such as sour apples and Mediterranean forest aromas such as fennel. A hint of anis and soft red fruit aromas.

Taste: nice and elegant mouthfeel. Velvety and silky. Good acidity, round. Metallic and dry finish.

It pairs well with seafood, baked fish, paellas and fideuas. We recommend serving it between 10 and 12 ºC
