Today we pick the white Grenache from our vineyards next to the Alella Cemetery, on the sea side. With this grape we make our Bouquet de Alella Blanc and Blanc+ wines. The wines of the Garnacha Blanca variety can show a golden yellow color, are of medium-high acidity and are sensitive to oxidation. We mix this variety with the Pansa Blanca, which gives it greater acidity, to achieve the most representative and traditional coupage of the Alella wine region.
