Today is a week since we made the last entry of grapes for this year 2022, it is our late harvest of the white Grenache that we use to make our precious Pur Dolç sweet wine. The wines that are produced in late harvest are called naturally sweet wines, since in the elaboration of this wine no type of sugar is added and its sweet taste comes only from the sugar of the grape that has spent more time in the vineyard and that is harvested when it is almost without water, practically raisins. The pressing of this grape gives us a very dense and unctuous must, a syrup of aromas and natural sugars. Pure delight.
