You can now reserve your spot for the first wine pairing of the 2024 season in our wine tourism activities section. On this occasion, we present a selection of recipes for the best winter soups from our chef Annette Schroeder, always paired with the finest Bouquet d’Alella wines. Together, we’ll prepare four soups to warm ourselves during these winter days. The workshop will be held on the upcoming Thursday, February 25th, in the morning at 10:30 a.m. and in the evening at 6:30 p.m., lasting approximately two hours.
