Analysis of the grape to determine the day of collection

These days we carry out daily maturation controls of the different vineyards to be attentive to the optimal moment to harvest the grapes. The monitoring of the evolution of the sugar/grain ratio and the grain size can be very useful to determine the optimal harvest date.

That’s it!  We have already started the 2022 HARVEST!!  

Smell of vintage

You can smell the harvest. Our vineyard in Mataró (monastrell) is already in full bloom. The grapes take color. The same goes for white varieties that are already fully ripening, such as our Garnatxa Blanca and Pansa Blanca. Ripening progresses relentlessly, each variety at its own pace…
