Preparing our Pur Dolç

Here we show you the last grapes we have left to harvest from the 2022 harvest. It is the white Grenache that is overripening on the vine and that we use to make our Pur Dolç. As you can see, we have put mesh so that the birds don’t eat it. Let’s continue!
